Crazy dead tree

We have this crazy dead tree in our backyard. During the last almost typhoon a branch fell on our trampoline. We don't really have a big enough backyard to keep it away from the tree so the tramp is always within limb length from this beast. Sunday another limb fell onto it. And then another. I think the whole tree needs to come down.
