We are doing well adjusting to a family of 6, but I haven't much felt like blogging. I hope to get that energy back soon as I know this blog has SERIOUSLY slacked since the early months of Kate's pregnancy. Here are some pics of the little angel and our expanded family to hold you over.
A book from the library with a fold out image of how big a baby would be when it comes out. Noah wanted to see if she was really as big as we thought she would be. Yup!
Daddy's in love already.
Kissable Kate!

Just another friendly sign...
This is the sign I encountered entering the PX (think Wal-Mart, only with MUCH less) today. What kind of signs do you have at your stores?

What do you think my boys will do to keep this photo off their "Facebook" and "MySpace" pages when they are teenagers?

Kate Elizabeth Kiser
We added our fourth to the mix Wednesday June 10th @ 1455. Kate Elizabeth Kiser popped out weighing a whopping 8 lbs 13 oz and measuring 21 inches. We'll Melissa may have more to say regarding the details but all is well with our new beautiful angel and a little older one too.
Thanks Melissa for taking a big one for the team.
I LOVE YOU!
Now I get to have 10 days with the kids HOORAY!

Checking private blogs?
How do you all check private blogs? The number of friends who are going private is getting ridiculous. I am in LOVE with Google Reader because I don't have to individually check that person's blog...it just lets me know when someone updates. But, it doesn't (as far as I can tell) let you put someone in with a private blog. Is there any way to follow these blogs without actually going in and checking their individual blog? Please let me know!

How does the baby come out?
Noah: How does the baby actually come out of your tummy? I've been asking how that happens and no one will answer me.
(I swear I've never heard him ask this. It's one of those things I think I'd remember)
Mom: Do you really want to know?
All Kids: YEAH!!!!
Mom: Well, she comes out of my vagina.
Noah (the only one who really gets it): Whoa!....but how does she get out? Does she get really skinny or just walk out of there? There isn't much room.
Dad: Isn't it amazing the way Heavenly Father makes our bodies so we can have babies?
Mom: The hole gets bigger and the baby kinda squishes out.
Kids: Whoooooaaaaa. Cool.
Then today talking to a neighbor with no kids....
Neighbor: So are you excited for your little sister to come out? How does she come out?
Noah: She comes out of Mommy's vagina (with a very straight face and very matter-of-fact despite the fact that my neighbor is cracking up)
I've always wanted to be very frank with the kids and I think we've achieved that....maybe a little too blunt.

Weezeling his way out of work
Noah, Ben and Issy are playing "picnic" on the living room floor complete with blanket and fake food spread.
Noah: (in high pitched voice, like he's trying to "sell it") Issy, do you want to cook the food?
Issy: Okay!
Melissa: Noah, if Issy cooks then you need to do the dishes
Noah: But, I'm the Daddy
Melissa: Yeah, Dad does the dishes most of the time in our house. That's why you need to do the dishes
Noah: But, you do the dishes sometimes
Melissa: But, Daddy does them MOST of the time.
Noah: But, Issy isn't pregnant.
That boy will do whatever he can do to avoid work, even in play.
