So I was looking at what time I need to be at the starting line for the World Famous Camp Pendleton Mud Run next Saturday. I saw a link to the 'course map' and thought I'd look and see what it looked like. Yikes! Since I'm only up to running 4 miles and this is just over 6 it's a little intimidating. Then, it looks like we have a tire run, several walls to jump over, water to run through as well as mud. So not only is the length going to kick my butt, but the terrain will too. Keep posted to see if I live through it.

I am just catching up on your blog Meliss - so many fun things to comment about.
1. Issy's b-day party - SO FUN! I love that picture of her in the pink boa surrounded by all the other kids!
2. Love that Rob could take out your wisdom teeth. That picture of you sedated by smiling is hillarious, you did love it!
3. Loving the wedding dress idea, that is such a cute idea.
4. The mud run - you'll rock it. You'll have so much adrenaline that day, you will do amazing. I can't wait to see the pictures.

How is everything going with getting ready for Japan? You guys take off in a few weeks, huh? I am so excited for you guys - what a fun adventure.
All I can say is that I really hope that Rob is there and takking millions of pictures! I can't WAIT to see!

so you guys are doign teh mud run and kat and i are doing the tri the same day how fun we are all going to be feeling each lthers pain- well not kat she's too buff! love you guys good luck!
Looks fun. I would like to try that someday. Although I probably won't because it's kind of far and now I don't know anybody who lives there. Have fun in Japan.
